  • Won’t stay connected

    Not enjoying this app whatsoever. Took 15 minutes to connect to the air purifier yesterday and today the app says there is no history of any device with my profile.

  • Won’t let me log in. Very buggy.

    I can’t even log in. I tried a few times. It said my password was incorrect. Then I tried password reset. I put in the code they sent to my email then entered a new password then gave me an error saying no user name. There’s no field for username and it should know from the session since was on the same password reset screen and just entered the code. After trying numerous times, I tried using my apple account to log in. It just got stuck on perpetual loading screen. Why the new app? Why not just improve the old app? The old app works just fine. Please make sure the app works first before telling your customers they’re going to lose access and o your product if they don’t switch to the new app

    Love the simplicity, however I wish I could still see the air quality numbers.
