Wii U doesn’t work even with keys

Hey thanks for adding GameCube it’s wonderful but I did use keys the game that I used is new super Mario bros U and thanks for responding last time and it keeps on Crashing

Response from developer

If you are using a wux file - you must supply a keys file in order to get WiiU to work. You don't want to miss out trying the WiiU. It runs impressively fast.

Support Email?

Hi developer, do you have a support email I can contact you with? I would like to report some bugs. Wii U has absolutely amazing performance on my iPhone 17 Pro Max!

Response from developer

Thanks for the review. I really do appreciate it. I've focused on pushing the performance to the absolute limit for a while. But now I will tone back a bit and work on stability. I have great updates already in the pipeline - that will be out shortly. Criticism/comments are always welcome on my Twitter/X - which is linked on the App Store page as the support.

Wii U doesn’t work

64 it’s wonderful but on the other hand Wii U can’t play games I hope you fix this so we can play both games

A

Just asking how do I play Mario 64?

Response from developer

You need to buy a weird set of tools to backup your N64 cartridge - or you must go to shady websites with non-stop scam popups. Neither is great for me or you or Nintendo. I wish there was an easier option. 64Touch is the console. You as the user have to supply your own game files or ROMs - but if you can manage to do that, the app works!

Cannot save

Saving your progress used to be a feature on the app before the latest update. Now saving and loading are both unavailable even if you buy the ā€œpremiumā€ version. Save your time find another emulator. Lost all my progress in the various games I was playing

Response from developer

Saves have been a thing since 1.0 If you can work with me to give me some more detailed info it would be helpful for me to investigate further. The new logo is a way to show users that 64Touch now supports WiiU emulation. It’s impressively fast. I think you’ll really like it - and I encourage you to give it a try. It’s free. I’m also dropping 5 promo codes here for you to use for the Pro Controller upgrade. Thanks for using the product. JWF639HA7KHN YTKTNKL7JRL7 R9TTP34TR79Y RXKEEPKRYPNK MF76TKMMMKHL

Support Email? And Amazing Emulator

Hi developer, do you have a support email I can contact you with? I would like to report some bugs. Wii U has absolutely amazing performance on my iPhone 17 Pro Max. Hopefully an update is coming soon with the rest of the Wii U controller buttons. This is the best Wii U on iOS by far!

Great

This is the best emulator I have ever used and I have tried them all. It’s the most economic controller and seems to be the most responsive.

Response from developer

Thanks for the support

Some games have audio crackling and stutters. OOT N64 is an example

Stability and performance could be better but it’s a good start. And as a reply to your responses, first of all these aren’t comments it’s called a review, and second of all I’m not being deceitful, I’m just giving some advice! So maybe stop assuming that I’m your enemy and then I’m trying to support some other company because I’m just giving a review. It’s extremely unprofessional for you to do that and I’m not trying to take any insult because I was not insulting you. So you take care and I will not be responding to anything else because as a customer I have every right to make a review. They’re absolutely is stuttering unless that has been fixed since I last reviewed an audio cuts in and out all the time. I have an iPhone 17 Pro so that shouldn’t be the issue. I was just giving advice and wasn’t trying to be insulting so maybe next time just ignore this or say something nice instead of trying to call me, deceitful and like I’m working for a company or something.

You and your team have been bombing my review section - for some time. I have nothing nice to say to you. I know how hard I've worked on this product - and I know how good it is. Half of my reviews are 1 stars about how it doesn't work - or that I don't support rom hacks, or Pokemon, or Zelda - which are all false. But - in this scenario - words are not enough. I have no choice but to prove myself as a good developer - and not the 1 star developer you claim I am. And so - in the next update I will release support for Wii U.

Response from developer

Hi, thanks for giving the app a try, and I completely understand your frustration. I want to assure you that the app is a fully functional, high-performance emulator that does exactly what it's supposed to do: play retro game files. However, it operates strictly within App Store guidelines. To comply with those rules, the app acts purely as the "console" hardware-meaning you have to provide your own "cartridges" (game files or ROMs) to actually play. I honestly agree with you that the setup process should be easier, and I would love to bundle the games directly inside the app for a seamless experience. It's not a technical problem as much as it is that the digital content rights space is in a really weird transitional spot right now.

Help

I’ve been trying to import the save file from Pokemon Crystal all the way to Pokemon Stadium 2 but nothing works.

Response from developer

With version 2.5 I have added a section for Transfer Pak support in the settings.

Cant Import Games Very Annoying..

well the app seems cool but i can't import my nintendo 64 roms like how do i even do it using my computer because apparently you cant do it using your iphone..

Response from developer

Hi. The import mechanism originally allowed you to select your folder with games in it. This has since been replaced by a mechanism that lets you select individual files.

Best touch controls for N64 games, confusing import interface

This and PPSSPP are the only emulator apps at the moment that seem to understand the value of a dynamic / auto-centering joystick - makes a huge difference. Note that to import games, you need to press the ā€œplusā€ button and select a FOLDER that has the games in it, NOT the game files themselves. Performance could be better on some games, but is usually ok at 1x resolution. Hopefully that improves over time, would prefer to play more games at 2x resolution the way I’m able to in other emulator apps. But the interface is worth it

Slightly confusing

Tried importing rom hacks and all it would do is freeze the app. Don’t think it’s possible to add anything other than the demo..

Super Laggy

The game audio for a lot of games, especially Ocarina Of Time stutters consistently! Somehow Delta emulator can do it without any issues though

How do you get more than the demo?😔

I downloaded this game and I Never knew how to get more than the game they put you in there with one star😔

Testing the new 3Ds system

Alright, to be honest this isn’t the best 3Ds emulator but I see alot of potential.

If you optimized 3Ds emulation add JIT settings and some more stuff it can be a very nice emulator.

I like the user interfaze alot!

Response from developer

Thanks for the review! We pride ourselves on having the best touch screen controller in the world at 64Plus, so I'm happy you like the UI. Regarding JIT: Apple does not officially support it yet on iOS, though 64Plus will add it the moment they do. In the meantime, we recommend an iPhone 14 and up for the best performance. Thanks for seeing the potential in the app.

Nostalgia!!

What a cool app to have! Mario party brings me back to playing with my sisters while lying on the carpet fighting over who gets to be which character. The control system runs really smoothly which is a pleasant surprise compared to other emulators I’ve tried. It’s nice not needing a completely separate system to play my favorite games too!
