I have been on many “Diet” plans from weight loss to maintain a lighter weight in both wrestling and BJJ to weight gain for powerlifting. As I am getting older and removed from combat sports/heavy lifting due to nagging injuries, the most important thing to me is gaining or maintaining size. This app and the coach make it so convenient. I burn so many calories from day to day, that it is hard to stay in a surplus. This has been a big game changer for me and the check ins really hold me accountable. I would recommend this to anyone that is on a busy schedule or that struggles with being consistent. I look forward to doing a cut after my bulk!
