Price History of Breath Hold Trainer

Description of Breath Hold Trainer

The CO2 and O2 training tables are designed to help your body adapt to high levels of carbon dioxide and low levels of oxygen, enhancing your breath-holding capabilities. Each training session involves a series of eight breath-holding exercises, with specific variations between the two types of tables. In a CO2 training session, the duration of each breath hold remains constant, while the recovery time between holds decreases progressively. Conversely, in an O2 training session, the recovery time between breath holds remains consistent, while the duration of each breath hold increases gradually. For optimal results, these training sessions are best performed on dry land, ideally while lying down on a comfortable surface such as a bed or sofa. It's recommended to set the CO2 table at approximately 50% of your maximum breath hold time and the O2 table at around 85% of your maximum breath hold time. Due to the intensity of O2 training near your maximum breath hold time, it's important to avoid performing these exercises in water. Additionally, limit yourself to one recreational freediving training session per day and refrain from attempting maximum breath holds on the same day. During the recovery periods between breath holds, avoid over-breathing, as it can counteract the benefits of the training tables.
