Its really Bad
Never seen a banking app which can’t even scan my Nid properly. Trying this for hours. Even the call centre told me to uninstall the app and install it again. Like its so much time consuming. Couldn’t login yet. Poor

Unable To Tag Account
Sign up process was good but I am still unable to tag account. I have opened my account in this may, and while trying to tag my account number, it is showing that please provide a valid account number and try again. Please fix the bug for newly opened accounts.
