The Avalanche is my absolute favorite! My kids enjoy their hot chocolates and kolaches along with their almond croissants.

I’ve been going for years, as far back as the punch card days! Then they switched over to the phone number system, no biggie, started to collect rewards on my phone number woohoo!
Then brevity creates an app, awesome!
However, I try signing in for the first time, “duplicate phone number”, okay, maybe it already knows me, so I try signing in with my email and selecting forgot password, “an account with this email doesn’t exist” okay, so I can’t create an account because it says my phone number is already in use nor can I sign in with my email because my account technically doesn’t exist, bummer :(

Issue with Setting up an account
I had a account via my phone number before the app was released. I was excited for the app but I haven’t been able to create an account because it wants an email and password that I never set up. I can’t set up a new one because I already have an account with my phone number. Not sure how to fix the problem.
