Even though I have no problem logging into the pre-existing NASA FCU app I can’t log in to this. The password reset isn’t working. This should have been tested. I received a letter in the mail about this new app, etc., yesterday.

Hello - it sounds like you may need to register in order to access the Smart Perks app. Can you review your letter to see if your account is Premium or Elite. Once identified, please visit either activate.bazing.com/nasafcuprem or activate.bazing.com/nasafcuelite to register. Then, you will have access to all of the perks, like fuel discounts, hotel savings, etc. If you have any questions or if that process did not work, we are more than happy to walk you through the process.
