Jobminder365 is a workplace documentation app that gives employees the tools they need to track and journal their career journey. Jobminder365 allows you to download, snapshot and store important information that tracks your job performance and gives a real-time view of whether you are meeting expectations or need to up your game. You can upload performance reviews, project expectations and correct action documents along with proof points, ranging from snapshots, scanning and uploading documents, audio and video recordings and other documentation you need to support your career.
How does it work?
Once you sign up you create a profile with your name, workplace, position and colleagues (manager, HR Business partner, co-workers, business partners and direct reports), and the reason you’re using the app. You are then prompted to upload the company handbook to ensure you have quick access to company policies and procedures.
Now you are ready to create journal entries by typing or though voice recording. These entries will fall under one of the following categories: email, meeting, event, incident, PIP/CA, performance review, brag or project.
Email: A journal entry under this category can be about an email you send or that is sent to you.
Meeting: A journal entry under this category can be about a meeting you attended, were not able to attend or were excluded from.
Event: A journal entry under this category can be about any work event, including a potluck, happy hour, company party, community service, experiential event or a dinner.
Incident: A Journal entry under this category can be about an incident that occurred, whether positive or negative. This can include an inappropriate remark, a fight, getting hurt on the job or a positive new experience.
PIP/CA: A journal entry under this category can be about a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) or a Corrective Action event – whether you are on a PIP, putting someone on a PIP, receiving or providing coaching.
Performance Review: A journal entry under this category can be about your Performance review.
Brag: A journal entry under this category can be about positive feedback you’ve received about your character, performance and contributions.
Project: A journal entry under this category can be about a project you are managing or working on.
Once you choose the category, you select the date it occurred and who was involved. You then create and begin creating the journal entry – either by typing it out or voice recording. You will then be able to attach supporting content, including comparators, photos, documents, audio and video recordings. Once you save the entry, it will be stored safely on the app until you are ready to upload to your phone or the cloud or email it to yourself.
