App is good in concept; bad in reality
I was excited to use the app and to transfer the notes I had taken for the seminar options I had selected. But as many other reviewers have complained, if I bookmark sessions from the full schedule, they’ll show up in my schedule while I’m using the app, but they won’t show up again the next time I open the app making it a waste of time for end users.

Some events are not able to be bookmarked. Very buggy.
Please fix before the event. Hopefully a few days before so we can us the app to plan.
App is not working
Have entered my conference schedule twice and it’s not there. Takes time and is frustrating. Paper and pencil are saving the day! 😉
Horrible experience with the app and swap card event web page
The app is terrible, and app technical support doesn’t help. I am having issues with the app and no one helps. Is a terrible experience and the conference is around the corner and the app or their platform via swap card event webpage still doesn’t work.
Does not save events that you try to register for.
The app does not work. I have tried to register for events using it, and at first it looks like it has saved them to my schedule, but if I check back later, they are gone.

Each time I open the app the selections I have made to my schedule are gone. I also cannot filter sessions by timeslot.

Bad App
This app has a number of problems that make it more work to use than just pencil and paper.
1. It is not pre-populating a session that I paid extra for months ago, and when I search and find it it says CANCELLED. An email to the convention organizers confirmed this is not cancelled but a problem in the app.
2. There is no map of the venue to show me where the rooms are and how to get there.
3. Since seat reservations are not accepted at any of the continuing education events I need to bookmark everything I’m interested in and then run around the Washington Convention Center (which is one city block wide by three city blocks long) looking for an event that has room for me. There is a seat tracker in the app but it takes 15 minutes to walk from one end of the center to the other, and without knowing where I’m going the seats will likely fill before I get there.
4. There is no quick way (chat function or bot) to troubleshoot issues within the app. If any issues crop up I will have to find a human at the giant convention center who can help me.

Not saving CE sessions!
After bookmarking sessions to attend for each day, they are not saved. The conference is a week from now- I expect onsite to be a mess.
Continues to get worse
You have to hand it to the AIA. Just when you think the expo organization and app couldn’t get worse they somehow accomplish that.
