Almost get done with a puzzle and it crashes

I have had to reinstall this game for the 3 rd time as I have 977 streak and then the game does not move forward after a puzzle is finished - would not even send a contact us message. ☹️

While you can view ads to replenish energy, it is not always reliable and does not always give the energy promised. For example, watched add three times and did not receive energy. Hopefully improvements are made soon or I will have to delete due to frustrations.
