A lot of bugs and won’t load
I am extremely disappointed in this app! Even though I have notifications turned on and notifications allowed in my settings on my phone, I still do not receive notifications. And it doesn’t matter how many times I reload it, the text message never populate!

I say that because you may come across reviews that criticize the platform; however, those individuals didn’t take the time to learn the platform and properly leverage it. Not loading
Having a lot of trouble refreshing and can't see texts and emails... Keeps saying loading...
Lots of bugs
Although I am very happy with the marketing team and the concierges, the CRM itself isn’t the best and the mobile app constantly has bugs. Every day it seems like I discover a new issue. (Nothing huge, but just a bunch of inconveniences like not being able to add notes to a client profile on the mobile app, or the app recording calls multiple times if I don’t back out of the profile after a phone call which skews my data analytics)
