You can find this information on the Subscription screen as well as in the Subscription Info section on the Settings screen. As we strive to make the app scan banknotes accurately, and inaccurate scans can happen, especially under certain lighting or with worn bills. Make sure that you follow the photo tips and the bill photos you added for scan are not blurred, overlighted or cropped. We’re continuously working to improve scan accuracy and would love to help troubleshoot this for you. Worst part is I did a sample scan on a dollar bill and it did not even read the correct information.

Hello, dear Victrxx. Thank you so much for using the app. Unfortunately we cannot cancel your subscription ourselves, but you can do it yourself. Here is how to cancel your subscription on your device: 1. Open the Settings app. 2. Tap your name. 3. Tap Subscriptions. 4. Tap the subscription. 5. Tap Cancel Subscription. You might need to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button. If there is no Cancel button or you see an expiration message in red text, the subscription is already canceled.
