This app is super useful! It genuinely gives me constructive feedback on which muscle groups I should work on. It makes sure that the feedback is useful and can actually make a difference.
I was so surprised at how accurate it is and how well it can help track my progress. I’ve got all of my gym friends on it and they’ve been loving it too! Also very accurate in identifying all of our strengths and weaknesses at the gym.
The app’s so simple and easy to use that I’m shocked more people haven’t heard of it.
It’s a really neat utility app and I thinks it’s a must-have for anyone who wants to improve their health and wellbeing!
