Reviews of Mitigate

Leave a Review Mitigate
  • Counterintuitive is an understatement

This is the most poorly designed app I’ve ever seen. For every action you used to have to do in MICA, “Mitigate” now requires several actions to complete the same task. The UI is absolutely terrible. You can’t glance at the app anymore to get an idea of where you’re at in the project. Buttons are hidden, checkboxes don’t work, some options require you to swipe. Did we just open an AI program and select “randomize” to create this? I feel like someone high up the food chain had a grandson that said he was good at making apps and because he hasn’t held a job since getting his GED, this person decided to give him a chance because they’re tired from of him living in the basement.

  • Light but not years ahead

Not impressed with how it interacts with MICA Exchange. the system seems to drag from time to time if you don’t have a good signal, you lose photos. Also issues with equipment, not showing up and exchange. Also seeing duplicate visits when we didn’t set up one not impressed at all.
  • Released Too Early

The lack of any sort of desktop application or review platform similar to MICA and MICA exchange make this take needlessly long. There is simply too much information to effectively operate from a phone and makes review of the information for an estimator difficult. It may look more updated than MICA but in terms of performance and efficiency this app is severely lacking.
