  • Scam!!

    I wish I heard before getting this app and spending money on it. I need medication for my anxiety and depression and I saw this app recommend online so I downloaded no thoughts or questions. I waited 11:00 am to 12:37 pm for a doctor to show up on call!! I had to reschedule after it kicked me out of a call. But it wouldn’t let me it kept saying please press continue so the payment process can go through! I asked on messages and Maria gave me a robot answer we are so sorry to hear that we apologize we will let your provider know in 1 - 2 business days.

    If you want results then you need Zealthy! They are very informative and communicate with you very well on your journey. I have had nothing but a great experience with them.
  • Scam!!

    This company is a scam! Everything was going what I thought was great up until month 5. They messed up my prescription with my pharmacy and when I advised them of the error they made me renew my membership for $400, advised me that I had been being charged for a medication that I am not even taking, and kept giving me conflicting information on how to cancel the prescription I wasn’t using so that I ultimately wouldn’t be able to cancel it. They want you to pay the membership fee but have it built in to you having to sign up for Semasglutide and get charged seperately every month. I was using Wegovy which my insurance paid for. When I asked them to stop the prescription they told me they couldn’t on their end and then kept giving bogus instructions for how to cancel it on my end. I will go find a regular doctor to continue to get my Wegovy through going forward. This company is a sham and should be ashamed of themselves.

  • Charges After Cancellation

    I cancelled the membership for this last month and the company keeps trying to charge my card. I have emails where multiple charges are attempted to be made. This is ridiculous and should not be happening. I can’t even delete my card information and this feels like a predatory practice on their part.

    My experience has been great. No problems with the service at all. On the other hand my wife has had nothing but trouble!! They took her money but no product yet!! Will not return emails or phone calls. Can’t even get a hold of anyone for a refund
  • Scam

    I paid for my initial membership, was told that my prior authorization had been approved, and that as long as I paid to renew my membership the prescription for Zepbound would be sent to my local pharmacy. I paid $600 to renew my membership for 6 months. They told me it would take 1-2 business days before the prescription was sent. That was 14 business days ago. Their chat system just provides canned responses saying that the provider will respond in 1-2 business days. Their support team on the phone lies and says someone will call in 1 business day with an update, but they never do. Refunds are a huge pain and even escalating to a supervisor provides no additional benefit as their teams just repeat the same canned answers. I’m completing a chargeback to claw the money back.

  • Will charge you even after cancellation

    So I had a tough time with having my credit card transactions take. Everytime I would get approved! And then an email saying update your payment. So finally I just decided to cancel everything (including my membership & authorization). And lo-behold, I get an email the drugs are already shipped to the pharmacy and they cannot take it back. And my membership was no longer canceled in my emails even though I had cancellation messages with the team (Sorry to see you go etc etc). But no your membership is cancelled email which I thought was weird. And I got charged $670. And now they’re saying they don’t see a cancellation even though they SEE the messages! I’m on the phone now trying to cancel it again and this time will stay on until I receive a cancellation confirmation email. And now I have to call my bank to dispute the charge.

    Run away, horrible customer service. I had 7 people message me telling me I need to verify myself AFTER I already had, then when I got tired of it and asked for a refund I was just plane ignored.
  • The best platform

    I’ve tried other telehealth platforms and this one is by far the best. They are very quick and thorough with their responses. They make sure you are losing weight in a healthy manner and they have coaches to help you along the way. Their pharmacy is also quick. I had to wait two weeks for my medicine through the other app I used. This one takes no more than a week not only that but the way the medicine is packaged is on point. They Make sure that it stays cold until you receive it. Others I’ve used it looks like they just threw everything in the box and says “good luck” lol
