  • Unprofessional

    Trying to deposit a check and because I wrote mobile deposit and not mobile deposit only West Gate Bank you rejected the check and now I have a negative balance
  • I would not recommend this bank anymore.

    Everything seems to have gone off the rails since their "tech upgrade."
    I've been waiting for six weeks for a new MasterCard debit card. I've been through two temporary cards while waiting. At one point my second temporary card stopped working and I found out it was because the expiration date in their system was different than the date on the card. I'm not sure why but it's nearly impossible to get the telephone app to open up. It would appear that they are blocking my VPN. I have to juggle back-and-forth for about 10 minutes before I'll find a VPN location that will allow the website to open up. Now, why on earth would a bank block of VPN which is designed to keep me safe?!

    The bill pay is terrible the function of the app works overall but it is not user friendly.

    I can’t get into my account on my desktop trying 3 browsers. iPad won’t work. Only my iPhone, meaning my account is not locked. Longtime customer, but this isn’t working!
