Hi, Dorothy·Russell! Your review means so much and truly makes my day as a developer. Thank you so much!

免费的已经比很多付费软件强了

不清楚为什么打分数的人少,分数却很低,感觉被恶意刷评了,帮作者顶顶

Response 2 to dev: Thank you for your comments and commitment to engaging your user base. Giving you the benefit of the doubt, I updated my rating to 4-stars and will redownload the app. You’re responses were timely and you spoke directly to my concerns instead of evading and defensive posturing… quite commendable. Thank you! I t
will adjust my rating and review accordingly (up or down) as you continue to develop the app and clearly address data collection and privacy concerns for your users.

Response to dev: it’s difficult to imagine how a developer can accidentally list details like search history and browser history under Apple’s data tracking/collecting disclosure. Still, everyone deserves the benefit of the doubt… until they don’t. If you only collect ‘necessary’ data, clearly explain within the AppStore app description what data is collected, how it is collected and why it’s necessary. Use clear, concise and unambiguous language rather than legal jargon, and update the AppStore disclosures and your privacy policy and TOS. Responses to AppStore reviews aren’t legally binding and there are no consequences from Apple if you’re response is dishonest in anyway…meaningless in context. Demonstrate to your users and prospective users that you are committed to their privacy through transparency and by making yourself accountable for the commitment to your users’ privacy. Once these updates are made, I’ll download the app again and update my review accordingly. Best of luck!

Original review: Why does this dev track, record and store their users’ search history and browser history?! That has nothing to do with the functionality of this app, and it’s a significant violation of privacy. This app is nothing more than a data farm. If you do choose to use this app, I would highly recommend NOT logging in with your Google account or any email address that can be linked back to you. If you log in with your Google account, you’re giving the dev access to the data that Google stores, including your Gmail account. Hard pass.

Third Response : Thank you very much for updating your review. As you mentioned, information related to privacy has now been included in the app description.(After Version 0.3.1) We will continue to develop the app with great care regarding privacy management. I hope this app has a positive impact on you! Please try it out, and if you have any feedback, we'll use it to make the app even better. If you encounter any issues, feel free to contact us through the in-app communication channel. Second Response : First of all, thank you for your response. Regarding the search history and browser history, we interpreted it as referring to searches or browsing done within the app itself, not through an external browser. Our app does not have access to external browsers, and therefore, we do not collect such data. That being said, as you suggested, we will include this clarification in the app description in the next version. We appreciate you bringing up the importance of data collection again. As mentioned, we will take steps to ensure that users feel secure when using our app. Additionally, since your review is one of the earliest, it has a significant impact on the reputation of our service. If we implement the above changes, we would greatly appreciate it if you could reconsider your review. Thank you. First Response : Hello, I am the developer of repov. We want to assure you that we do not collect unnecessary information, and repov is not a data farm. We do not have access to, nor do we collect, data from Google or other browsers. As a small development team, there were some errors in clearly displaying our privacy policy. Our app was not created with the intent to violate users' privacy, so you can use it with confidence. If we caused any discomfort, we sincerely apologize.

THE BEST APP EVER!!!!

I've tried a lot of media tracking apps, but this one is the most convenient to use. I especially love the feature that automatically searches for movies I’ve watched👍🏻
