I recently signed up with the Drivers Cooperative through their app, and I initially expected the process to be straightforward. However, it has proven to be more challenging than anticipated. Despite submitting all the required information two weeks ago, I have yet to receive any updates.
In an attempt to follow up, I sent an email to the Drivers Cooperative’s information email. To my surprise, I received a response the next day at 1:13 AM from a representative named Valerie. She informed me that once the application is complete, I should text “DONE” to a number or email, but she didn’t clarify where exactly to send this message. This lack of clear communication has made the process frustrating and cumbersome.
I’m eager to start working, but it seems that despite having applications open, the Cooperative is not currently hiring. Additionally, reaching someone for further assistance has been challenging, as my multiple emails have gone unanswered.
