This app is loaded with features. I love how they have incorporated an AI assistant that helps you along your quitting journey. It’s actually way cheaper than using any other AI, and it’s super helpful. It gives advice, helps you craft a quit plan, and even has advanced charting to accompany the AI. The best aspect of the app is that it is highly configurable. This is really helpful on cheat days, and also helps keep me really honest and true to my goal. Since using the app I have been steadily cutting back, and I think I will be able to quit in the next 2 weeks. Highly recommended!!!
