steals your money

I canceled my subscription, and i'm still getting charged??? i used it once and ive been charge an extra 4 times after canceling the service!

Disappointed

I really don’t like the fact that you can change only change your selfie once, faces are always evolving and also if the app is going to be like that it should let us know you can only change it once.

Why can you only upload one photo?!

At first I thought this app was super cool and informative. But knowing you can only upload one selfie of yourself is stupid. I want my money back

The one-time scan is reflected in our low price, but good news—an upcoming plan will allow for re-scans to track your progress :) in the meantime, email us at looksglo@looksglo.com with a screenshot of your review and we'll reset it for you.

Not worth it

The analysis is mediocre, doesn’t tell you what to fix you have to post for others to comment on - which there are too many people who want the same help - the app doesn’t do this for you. Once you use a photo to see ur face ratios, shape and levels of oil hyperpigmentation, etc it doesn’t allow u to input another picture to retry. It is very pricey for what it does and I wouldn’t recommend since the feedback you get are not as advertised.

Hi! Sorry to hear that. We do offer the most features for a price lower than any other similar app, but it is true that receiving feedback from others may take a few hours. Our skin analysis provides in-depth information about your skin in addition to ways to improve each and every aspect; it's possible you missed this under the "explore face maps" section. We are very clear about what is received, so please email us with what you feel was mis-advertised at looksglo@looksglo.com.

Scam

So I paid for the app selected a photo and it wouldn’t let me rate another photo I would expect for paying you can do as many photos as you like. Deleted it to see if I could change the photo and now it won’t let me log back in so stupid

Hi! Sorry to hear about that. We do include a "Purchases will not transfer" warning before you delete your account to prevent this. We also made it clearer that the skin analysis is a one-time scan, hence the low cost of our app. However, we can see you used an older version, so please write us at looksglo@looksglo.com so we can set you up with a new account and scan!

You have to pay for this app, and it’s not even worth it. Why bother listing your app as free on the App Store if to use its subscription only?

Accurate and fun facial analysis

This app gives you a pretty accurate facial analysis and celebrity look alike! I had no idea I had a diamond face shape, so I’ll probably go out and get a more flattering haircut.

All and all, a great app to start your journey on self improvement!
