Updates needed? App not working

I like the app but I think there is a bug that needs to be fixed. My phone is up-to-date, the app is up-to-date, yet when I go to generate new coins, I cannot. I tried to log out, but now I can’t log back in because it keeps saying my one time password is expired. Now I’m worried because I don’t have any contact information to reach out to for help getting into my account. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Nothing has been working. Even if this gets resolved, I have no way of linking it to my crypto wallet.
