  • Not happy

    I do not put credit cards on apps. In my case it doesn’t do any good to manually scan receipt because no points are added. I went to restaurant Sept 11 and took several pictures of my receipt. Nothing. No indication it was received or points pending. I tried again next day to submit receipt but couldn’t change the date to reflect the correct day. It’s annoying and frustrating and I’m thinking of just deleting the app.

    Just signed up for the app, super easy to use and disappointed I didn’t sign up quicker. I’ve been doing it online and not sure if it was tracked, lots of wasted deals I missed out on.

    Just ate at Sonny’s in Gonzales for first time. Logan the Waitress was Magnificent. Perfect Service, helped me scan and download the App. Employee of the Day, For Sure!!!

    On July 30th, I placed a large order for a funeral service on the 31st. Pat handled this for me and was SUPER helpful!!! He was very patient and detailed everything, assuring me that I would have no problems. When I arrived for pickup, Tyler was filling my order and ALSO was SUPER helpful. The order was accurate, well packaged and Tyler made sure everything was covered. I had not been aware, but was pleasantly surprised to even get plates napkins and silverware. The food was the appropriate temperature and everything was delicious. Thanks to the caring staff, our reception went well. I was able to get the meal ready before the guests came.
