What's New: Custom Hydration Reminders: Set up personalised reminders to help you stay hydrated throughout the day. Choose the reminder frequency and select a start and end time (default: 6 AM to 10 PM) for your reminders. Daily Water Tracking: Track your daily water intake and easily reset your progress every day. Your intake is now saved even when you close the app, so you can stay on track all day long.
