  • Not working

    I put in all my bank information and it always send me back to the login page I can never upload a bill and it’s been going on for 2 weeks now

    DO NOT USE!!! They will take your money, pay your bill, and then return the payment where they paid your bill so you are out that money too.

    My water and phone service was cut off, PayLaterr paid the bill immediately as soon as I uploaded the bills. Thank you so much for helping me.
  • Feels like a scam?

    Hi, am a new recruit for this app and website. Created an account about three weeks ago and uploaded the first bill. I read all of the fine print and really looked this app over before I decided it was worth a shot uploaded the bill filled out all the required information split the payment and paid the first payment and the security deposit amount required and uploaded it. It’s now been a fairly decent amount of time and when, I went to login to see if the bill had been paid a couple of days ago. It still had not been paid. The bill was due on the 12th and I uploaded it several days prior to that, it is now the 22nd and the second payment is due and now the account is suspended because for some reason it couldn’t process that payment. So I tried to resolve that, and it tells me that all payment types are invalid and tries to send me to stripe to resolve it? But there’s no way to resolve that, I know there’s money in the account to process the payment and why it won’t process it. I don’t know the bill is still not paid and I have reached out to customer service several times. I’ve called left several voicemails since before the account was suspended and have never heard back. I thought maybe it was even the type of card I have and tried to add a new payment type and it will not allow me to do that again reached out to customer service to see if a the bill was ever gonna be paid and if it was not or if the account was unable to be updated or whatever then they could refund the $78 that was charged to begin with because it was charged for service that I have not yet received. It only sends me to one voicemail and I have left several and I have reached out via email and I have never heard anything back. The bill I uploaded was a small bill to just tried out, but regardless, it was enough of a bill that took money out of my account for it and like I said if it’s not gonna be able to be resolved, I would just like at least the money I’ve paid out for nothing to be refunded if it was resolved, and this actually worked then I would change my review. I would leave one star but I feel like the idea of this system is a good idea so I feel like that alone is worth 2 stars.
