This convenient and user friendly app helped me lose weight.
This app helps track the calories and nutrients in different food items (carb, protein, fat, sugar, sodium and cholesterol) which is helpful for losing or maintaining weight. The calories and nutrients are displayed as percentage and charts. This is great for meal planning and inclusion of about vegetable, grain, protein, dairy and fruit in your diet.
