Worst app to use
This is by far the worst app I’ve ever used to deliver. OT Scan was way better knowing it had many more options to leave a package such as BEHIND GATE This app is proof that Ontrac will never be as good as every day Amazon, ups, FedEx, etc.
Things to fix
Have it remember updated addresses. I have to update the same addresses every day.
There are more issues. Fix that one for now. 👍

Needs to work a lot on improvement to be ok
Too much issues, a couple experienced drivers should be heard to help the development team to create this app. It seems like someone that never delivered a single package developed this. The only real improvement from the OT scan was that we can zoom out the photos and it takes less clicks to have the pkg delivered. Everything else is worst

When choosing to route stops manually after the loading it’s freezes and app crashes

Horrible app ! The scanner barely works when your actually delivering extremely ! Sensitive to any light or slight whatever in the scan code ! My route does NOT show all stops so I get a number 1 like 5 times so I know those are issues ! The map is a joke it Harold’s lets you zoom in before it zooms out almost every time . The map glitches and does weird things . It freezes up on you all the time when you want to scan or take a picture . No one I work with likes this app ! It is obvious (I am a retired Marine 22 years) that you guys DO NOT field test your app or this app ! Listen to my criticisms because you are or the company are setting up your drivers for FAILURE .

Optimizing
Having a lot of trouble with my route optimizing/creating a route. Always showing error code or error Timeout on every scan.
Needs stops count
Hi, can you please fix your app? Specially, when a stop has more than one package and it will let you continue onto the next stop. It won’t stop you as they. Oh all packages are not scanned for this stop that needs fixing in the old App it was that waythe pain in the butt to come back to your stop to do another package I don’t like this app it’s garbage
