Love this game!
It’s fun to practice for the LI Queens game but the first rounds are just crazy easy - which is fine. However, the later puzzles don’t have unique solutions so it’s not very fun bc you can’t come to a true solution and end up just having to guess (and then when you hit the button that shows the correct or incorrect placements, it’ll have like all of them “incorrect” even though you actually completed the puzzle in a correct way. So not worth it in the end unless they change this

hi! Thanks for your review, the app has been updated and the hint system has been completely redone. The puzzles are now unique (still a few of the larger ones left to update) but most of the app now has unique solutions and an updated hint system. Would love to get your updated thoughts. Reach out to benmillersoftware@gmail.com if you have more specific feedback as well. Thanks! Despite the game rules telling you that there is only one solution it is not the case for multiple levels. I was able to solve same level with different crown places within the rules of the game. Also “hint” button is useless. It’s simply tells you if your current state of the board is solvable or not, doesn’t really gives you any hints. I guess for single developer and free game it’s OK, but don’t expect much.
The game is fun but the hints button doesn’t actually give a hint. It always has the same message that board is still solvable.
Awesome game, I like many people found this on Reddit when looking for an alternative to the LinkedIn game. Very fun, but I noticed that when you get to expert that many of the levels there have multiple solutions. Not sure if this is by design but it makes it frustrating when you're trying to use logic to eliminate possibilities and then you get to a situation where there are multiple permutations to get a final answer, less satisfying this way if that makes sense.
The game is amazing: good gameplay, good timing, well supported (whenever there are bugs, they get fixed fast) Kudos to the developer. I was looking for an unlimited version of LinkedIn’s Queens and this is exactly what I wanted.
Love this game. I found it through a Reddit thread about someone looking for an alternative to the LinkedIn game Queens, and you commented on it with the link to your app. I have to say, it delivers. I’m hooked.
As someone else pointed out there isn’t only one solution like the original it’s based on, but that doesn’t take away from the fun of it. It allows for a bit faster paced play which is nice. Also love the puzzle rush update, though I wish the diminishing returns on time earned back for completed puzzles were a little more lenient!
My only big ask would be an undo button— you’ve provided so many other QoL updates even in just the 2 weeks I’ve been playing, but this would be a big help!
Appreciate you tackling bug updates so quickly, you’re on top of everything and it’s really refreshing to see from a game dev.

Nice game, but several issues. I appreciate the effort the developer has made and continues to make.
The latest update makes the crown way too small. Especially with larger boards. On the larger size boards the X is not centered in the square.
Most of the solutions seem to be the same, just a change of the colors. This is very apparent with the new unlimited level, where the solution is ALWAYS some sort of diagonal line from top left to bottom right. There are several possible solutions.
The Queens game on LinkedIn has some interesting color patterns and shapes - this game appears to just be random Tetris pieces.
I would also like the ability to zoom in to the larger boards. Sometimes the squares are so small that I end up hitting two squares at one time. Also, I would like a quicker to way to enable/disable the auto-placing of X’s, because I toggle that feature on/off frequently.
I was just thinking to myself that I wish there were thicker border between color regions and landscape mode, and then lo and behold an update comes out for just that!
There also aren’t any ads, which I do appreciate. I wouldn’t be upset with a small one at the bottom or something, but only if that’s something you’d want to do to make a little money for yourself!
Solutions aren’t unique, “guessing” is sometimes required (unless you are a computer)
