SOLUNAR DATA =>> Solunar data helps determine peak activity times for wildlife based on lunar cycles. These times can significantly improve your chances of a successful hunt. Change the location and date to see solunar data for planned hunting/observation locations. Focus on the major and minor feed times for the date and location of your choice to hone in on some coyotes. TIDE TIMES DATA =>> Tidal data helps you understand the movement of the tide, which can influence coyote hunting. During low tide, shorelines may reveal more prey, making it a good time to hunt or observe wildlife scavenging the coastline. Be mindful of tide schedules to ensure safe and successful hunting. Some wildlife such as coyotes can be scavengers, a good time to look out for them on shorelines is at low tide. NOTE: Tide data can only be observed up to 1 week in advance. WIND DIRECTION =>> Wind direction and speed are crucial for hunting and wildlife observation. Coyotes have a keen sense of smell, and understanding wind patterns helps you stay downwind from their nose, reducing the chance of being detected. Make sure that you are on the right side of the wind so that wildlife cannot smell you and run away!
