What happened?
This was such a good app and my favourite to create pictures with a lot of mood.
Unfortunately I’ve had to delete it along with all of my saved “mixtures” as it just wouldn’t save.

Fantastic features but
An annoyance is that there is apparently no back button. So once you select a texture or formula you have to cancel and start over, finding your image again AND canceling the crop again (another annoyance… can that be turned off as an option please as well!?).
And it would be absolutely fantastic if I could make my own textures! OMG that would be the freakin bomb.
Overall though, so fantastic for the price. I’m using this thing all the time.
I might as well suggest a blur effect as well (gaussian, zoom, motion, etc.) as I tend to want a slight blur to any of the images I add filters to.
Give me and take my money!!! (If ya know, it’s just an extra $2-3).

I LOVED this app! Please update!
I absolutely loved this app, especially because it offered a huge selection of unique & different filters/looks that you couldn’t find anywhere else & also a wide range of editing abilities! This was my go to app for photo editing when using my phone for photography- which is more often that not. I also love the fact that you can create your own filters.
For some time now though the app won’t load further than the front page, it won’t let me open photos of go any further to edit anything. Please please do an update to fix this!
Other than that no complaints!

This app used to be my go to for photo editing, but now it’s SO slow and freezes and/or crashes mid edit and all your time is wasted. Please update and improve the app!

This is the best app I’ve ever used for editing and the amount of effects and filters that are available at no charge is amazing! Apps that have less options than your company, charge people. Your options are so creative too and the tools to adjust filters plus the basics, just… *chefs kiss. Even though this ain’t food.

I wish this app worked better…
If this app were able to not shut down every time I attempt to save an edited photo, I would be giving this five out of five stars. I’m not even able to screenshot a photo edit because the app shuts down and freezes.
This is very unfortunate because it has the most emotive and dramatic filters. I love them!

Great but impossible to use
I’ve been using this app for about 5 years. It is insanely amazing at editing. But it’s extremely unfortunate that I cannot use it. With every single update it’s gotten worse, now it doesn’t work at all or even open up on my iPhone 14. I need to boot up my old iPhone XS and use it on there (which the app is still very slow and glitchy, but at least works.. eventually) such an absolute bummer that it offers such amazing edits yet within 5 years the creators can’t figure out how to get this app to work properly so we can actually use it. And there’s virtually no support to contact about it.

What’s with the bad reviews?
This app is exactly what we need at a time of absurd subscription rates. Another app similar is like 13.99 a week…. A WEEK. While you CAN do all this stuff for free on a computer it’s nice knowing there’s a neat backup for quick effects right here. Make great apps free. Extend them with decent quality content and that’s the perfect modern model. Bravo, for keeping it straight up all these years.

please update it crashes constantly
it’s one of my favorite apps but it crashes a lot on my ipad and i lose my work 🙁
Freezing and Crashing
I know I would love this app if it would just stop freezing and crashing. It just does not cope with a huge photo library. Such a shame. Now using DistressedFX instead because it actually works.
