Our app offers over 700 activities and mini-games across 72 lessons to teach reading through phonics, ideal for transition kindergarten, kindergarten, and 1st grade students. We start with simple letter sounds like 'A' in 'apple' and 'B' in 'boy,' progressing to short vowel sounds and basic words like 'cat' and 'red.' As students build their skills, we advance to long vowel sounds, sentences, and paragraphs with sight words. With the guidance of a parent or teacher, we introduce phonics rules and patterns to help children achieve a deep understanding and mastery of reading.
App Features
1. Active Learning with Interactive Lessons + mini-games: Kids learn by popping bubbles, solving self-correcting puzzles, tracing letters, coloring pictures, answering questions, and, most importantly, reading a lot in between.
2. Dive Deep into Phonics: Each lesson teaches a phonics rule or pattern. Parents or teachers introduce these concepts and guide the child through activities designed to familiarize and master the rule. The app provides opportunities for kids to apply what they learn in their reading.
3. Flexible Learning Paths: Our homepage displays the full list of lessons, and within each lesson, you can scroll through all activities. While we arrange them in a particular sequence, parents can choose the activities that best suit their child.
4. Manage Screen Time: Easily manage your child’s screen time, promoting a balanced lifestyle that includes both learning and physical play.
Guided Support: Designed for use with a parent or teacher to provide guidance, support, and feedback as your child progresses through the lessons.

Our Philosophy
Reading is a skill that most children learn with the help of a teacher or parent, unlike skills such as walking, which are innate, or talking, which children learn naturally by listening to others. Reading needs to be taught systematically.
Phonics, the technique of decoding letters into sounds based on established rules, is a reading method strongly supported by scientific research. A simple example children encounter early on is the dual sound of the letter "C." In the word "cat," "C" makes the "K" sound, even though it doesn't remotely sound like "K," whereas in "cereal," it makes the "S" sound. This can confuse young minds and discourage them from attempting to read.
Phonics helps by teaching that "C" in "cat" is a "hard C," and "C" in "cereal" is a "soft C," and by showing patterns of their use. This structure, combined with ample practice, helps develop the neural pathways in the brain that allow children to decode the correct sound as they encounter the letter "C" in the context of a word. However, these rules can be complex and not easily grasped by children on their own.
Parents and teachers need to introduce these rules, practice reading with children, provide guidance and correction, and, importantly, give them as much time as they need to become proficient readers. We designed this app to support parents and children through this process, helping them practice and understand phonics systematically.
