My daughter is a senior in high school and has been incredibly stressed with the recruiting circuit for lacrosse. She has turned to Perform to help her stay positive, focused, and enjoying the beauty and fun of the game. I can tell a big difference when she has gone through sessions or not. Perform has made a huge difference in my approach to practice and training. I use the mental training schedule feature and have aligned it with my actual soccer practice. Each day that I physically train I also do mental training with Perform. I think it’s really been paying off. My coaches said I look more confident and have been playing better.

Happy to hear you are enjoying Perform! Yes, you can listen to music during an audio session. Simply select a song from your preferred music platform and then start an audio session. The music will play in the background as the audio session plays. Awesome before practice or a game. Relaxes me and helps me focus.
Tried a lot of other apps and none compare to the personalization of Perform.

Glad to hear it! Keep up the great work. I used to have the worst anxiety before matches, but Perform has really helped me stay calm and focused before matches. I've been using the visualization and self-talk sessions the most so far. The visualizations are so personalized and reassuring. My confidence is through the roof when I step onto the court. For matches, I usually do one before I go to bed and one about 30 minutes before my match.
I've also found that I've been more resilient when I'm down sets and more focused on the process of the game/enjoying the game. The live sessions have helped a ton with this. I use them for the specific scenarios of my matches where I'm questioning or doubting myself.

Thank you for the thoughtful feedback!Had the pleasure of early access to this app so been using it for a while now. Perform has made a huge difference in my daily training routine. I have been looking to get an edge anyway I can and Perform makes it really easy to work on your mental game. I’ve set up the mental training schedule around my practice and game schedule so every time I do something physical, I also work on the mental side. It’s been incredibly helpful in my confidence and focus.
As for games, I always tried to do visualization before games, but really struggled doing it. It was hard for me to relate to other generic mediation apps like calm and headspace. But with Perform, it’s so personalized for every game and scenario it’s greatly helped. My soccer coaches have noted my improvement in my game and confidence on the field, which is reassuring that all of this training is working.
Highly recommend for any athlete looking to get an edge or improve their mental game.
One request for Perform — is it possible to sync my mental training sessions with music? It’d be awesome to be able to have music playing in the background especially when I’m doing a session before practice/games.
