I got charged twice for the 9.99 daily pack, and cant get a refund

The devs can’t even put game play of their own game in the targeted adds on Facebook, it’s always throne and liberty an Amazon game, which also isn’t even a mobile game…do better devs.
Don’t Play This Game
Don’t play this game unless you are willing to spend money daily. It has a ridiculous amount of micro transactions and requires you to spend money if you want to progress at any kind of pace and try to keep up with top players. Even spending money, you will have items you want to buy that you are still not likely to get with only a 0.05% chance to get most higher level items. This game only rewards the players spending thousands of dollars, and if you aren’t one of them just be ready to be one-shot by them in PVP if you are not on their team. This game has potential to be fun, but there is no chance of competing against the ones overspending and wasting thousands of dollars just to beat everyone else.

Failure to act
I regret doing this one star review but I have no other choice. This game was recently on Steam under the name “Gates of Migad.” It has since been removed. Due to it being removed, we can no longer purchase anything with real money, and this game is heavily pay2win, which I’m completely cool with and have spent a decent amount, but no longer being able to purchase is a huge hinderance in this game. I’m just looking for a response as to what is going to be done to solve this issue but so far I’ve reached out to 2 different Facebook pages for this game, under the Steam name and under this name and I haven’t gotten a single response. I would give this game 5 stars otherwise as it is actually great fun, as long as you are willing to spend some money.

Game has been removed from steam
I’ve spent money for the game to be removed and I can’t even play it on my phone since it uses steam login. Please allow me to transfer my account to phone and I’ll upgrade to 5 stars
Waste of time and money
Trash game and system I invested almost 200$ into the game to be the strongest in my server and than I found out that they match you with other servers and half of the daily events based on this cross server system and while they limiting you about your daily progress and forcing you to top up daily and also if you do it’s not enough while my max power was around 20m as one of the best 3 in our server and all of us around 20-21m on another server a guy had 60m power and no matter what we did over two weeks we couldn’t win the rewards of any of the cross server events and basically the force us to stay weak no real option to put up a fight even if you pay to win So hear me out and take distance from this game you don’t want to waste any of your time effort or resources for this trash game!
