App crashing
I have made a video and it crashes everytime I go to download it. I deleted and redownloaded the app. Same issue. Please help.SerJeanValjean

Title says it all. I arrange the tracer perfectly for a 9:16 aspect ratio and it makes the tracer render sideways. Seems ridiculous for an app advertising vertical video on every slide.BiggestOfNates

Can you send us the video that turns export upside down and also let us know what phone model you are using. Is a quick fix just need the file type you are using. Thanks: support@visual-vertigo.com1 time fee? I guess not.
After paying to download the app and it saying it is a one time purchase fee, it is now making me pay another $4.99 to keep using it. It says if you previously purchased the app, press the restore purchase button which DOSENT WORK. The app works great, but this is incorrect advertising.JP mehu

That should not be the case it is a one time payment that unlocks the app not a subscription. I am trying to trying to reproduce the issue on my end can’t bur could not so I’m thinking you’re using a different iTunes account then the account you have originally purchased the application from. Also please email us so we can get this rectified free redeem code so you dont need to obviously pay again. support@visual-vertigo.com
