Honestly I learned so much going through the mini-lessons and activities in this app. Really helped break down strategies and best practices into bite-sized learnings for me as a parent. I especially loved the kid-friendly recipes as well as suggestions on “danger zone” language we should avoid using around food. Overall, super practical and engaging, so thank you! Highly recommend.
