Tour Plan

The “Tour Plan” tool was created with the main objective of promoting safety on the roads, allowing travelers to plan the entire route to be covered, in a timely manner, and creating fatigue management conditions for a safe trip, to mitigate one of the main contributing factors of incidents or accidents on the roads. - A purchase is required to access the Tour Plan app content; - Tour Plan offers a one-week free, or introductory, trial period for new users of all products offered, and at the end of the trial period, if he / she has not canceled his / her subscription, the user will be automatically charged for the beginning of the paid period. If the user does not wish to continue after the free trial period, HE / SHE MUST CANCEL THE SUBSCRIPTION BEFORE THE FREE TRIAL PERIOD EXPIRES. - The Tour Plan service is offered with an auto-renewable subscription, via the App Store, with 3 different products, monthly, semi-annual or annual; - Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; - Each purchased product will give the user full access to all of the application's features, using the map, creating trips, routes, and searching for locations; - Each product lasts for 1, 6 or 12 months, respectively, depending on the user's choice of subscription; - The user must only have one of these products mentioned per subscription, and cannot purchase another until the current subscription has expired; - To cancel the subscription, the user must access the settings and cancel it in the App Store; - To cancel the subscription, the user also has the alternative, within the application, of clicking on the Manage Subscription button on the Settings screen to go to the App Store to manage their subscription, at the user's own discretion; - Price and duration of the subscription will be displayed on the Paywall View button, before making the purchase; - Payment will be made via the App Store upon confirmation of purchase; - Account renewal will be charged 24 hours before the end of the current period and will identify the cost of renewal; - To use the application, the user must explicitly agree to its Terms of Use (https://www.tourplan.travel/terms-and-conditions) and the Privacy Policy (https://www.tourplan.travel /privacy-policy) established.
