Dakota Beef Grading is an app that allows anyone to get real data about any beef you may or may not purchase. Our goal is to provide consumers with a more informed choice about what kind of beef they'd like to eat or purchase. This app allows the user to register (and login) to an account, take a photo of any piece of beef, and get real-time analysis of that photo. It allows the user to better understand the Intramuscular fat, fat caps, color, and overall fat distribution on any piece of beef, steak, etc.
