    Love the PRVN app. Coming from other platforms that were not user friendly this one really has made a difference and provides everything you need. The programming is incredible and the coaches are very in depth. I’ve gotten amazing results and love the challenge each day brings.

    Been following for years now. LOVE the new look app & programming. So simple & clean, very easy to use. Other apps have way too much going on.

    PRVN is always striving for the best & Tim Paulson writes some incredible workouts on the compete track. Well thought out, great detailed video descriptions too!
