Canceling - three dealbreakers

Canceling. Three dealbreakers:

Locked-down content: No copying text, and screenshots produce a black screen. I want to log workouts in my own tracker, and the app actively prevents that.

Missing scaling: Not every movement has scaling options, which defeats the purpose of programming meant for a range of athletes.

Hard to review past workouts: Finding earlier sessions takes too many taps. Combined with the copy/screenshot block, it feels like the app is designed to make sure you can't look back at your training.

Hate that it automatically moves you forward

I absolutely hate that it automatically moves you forward even if you haven’t completed previous days. I have to scroll back a week every time and keep track of what day I’m on myself. The notes also don’t always save/transfer so when the movement comes back up again i don’t know what weight I did previously

Update change and Percentage of Max for Weights

Where I live, cell service isn’t great, so I normally screenshot my workout at home on Wi-Fi before heading to the gym. Since the most recent update, every screenshot just shows up as a black screen.

It’s really frustrating because now I have to manually write out the entire workout before going to the gym, which creates unnecessary extra work. Please bring back the ability to screenshot workouts or add an offline viewing option.

My other request would be to put the weight as well as what percentage of your max you’re working on.

Updated: 9/30/26 due to fixing screen shot ability again. If you could add what the weight percentage is based off if it will be 5 stars. Thank you for the fix!
