HOMEARAMA® is the registered trade name for the single site new home showcase produced by the Home Builders Association of Greater Cincinnati. The 2024 show will mark the 61st year for the new home showcase. HOMEARAMA® regularly attracts thousands of enthusiastic Cincinnatians. The Reserves at Stone Pillars Farm is being developed by Klosterman Farm Land Development, LLC (Scott Lucke, Dan deStefano and Tim Myers). The Reserves at Stone Pillars Farm is located in Goshen Township, Clermont County (just a couple of miles outside of downtown Loveland). HOMEARAMA® 2024 will feature six fully decorated and landscaped homes in a variety of architectural styles. Builders include Robert Lucke Homes, Inc., Wieland Builders, LLC., Chris Gorman Homes, deStefano Homes & Remodeling, Andrew Arthur Homes and Elevate by Drees Homes. Show homes in The Reserves at Stone Pillars Farm development will be priced beginning at $1.25 million dollars. Show Dates: August 24 - September 8, 2024 Hours: Mon - Thur 4 pm - 9 pm Fri -- Sun 12 pm - 9 pm Labor Day 12 pm - 9 pm Location: 6791 OH 48 (Oakland Road), Loveland, OH 45140 Ticket Prices: Tickets are $22 at the gate, or $20 on the cincyhomearama.com website and the Cincinnati HOMEARAMA® app. Parking is included with your ticket price. A special two-day ticket will be available for $30 at the gate only. Children 12 and under are admitted for free if accompanied by an adult. No tickets sold or admittance to the show after 8:00 pm. No strollers, wagons or child backpacks with metal frames are permitted in the show homes. No pets are permitted within the show site, except for service animals (documentation is required for service animals). We suggest that you wear gym shoes or flat shoes to HOMEARAMA®. There is a considerable amount of walking at the show and there are steps in all of the homes.
