Need a Refund
I paid for a week yesterday and I was charged for it and now it’s not allowing me to watch the movies

Firstly I paid for one week subscription and never received any access. On the same day, I paid for one month subscription and still never received access to watch any movie. I am still fighting to get my refund from apple. Please refund my payment
No sounds
No matter what video I watch there is 0 sound like none!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was excited to watch a video I saw advertised and was ready to make in app purchases to continue watching. Glad I tried watch1 first because this is ridiculous

Worst App to watch. I’ve subscribed for monthly VIP and every time I watch it’s asking for me to subscribe or buy coins. And now I cannot even watch anything at all.
No sound
I paid for a subscription only to find there is no sound? How do I request a refund? Or some kind of compensation for when the sound is fixed???
Horrible
I paid 19.99 just so I can watch your shorts. But to no avail the app has no volume. None of the shorts has volume. I need my money back

I paid the yearly subscriptions fee after watching a few clips I think on Facebook and because it was a good deal and I saw a few drama’s I wanted to watch. After I downloaded it, NONE of the videos have sound!! I want my money back!

There is not volume in the shows. Not just one. All of them. To think I bought one year membership. Very disappointed in this . Unless the creator fixes soon I will cancel my subscription
