I live in TX, this app is so buggy. I’ve contacted support and still haven’t heard anything back. I have deleted the app and turned off my phone and still says I’m not in an eligible state despite me already having placed bets on the app from the same location. Love their odds, just need location services to lock in.

Live games
The games that aren’t offered is strange at times. Okc and sac have a one point game at half time. And no market. Bummer for both sides cause prophet x is losing out on a popular nba game as is the fan
Needs search
Love the concept but really needs a search button

I just wish there were better options on the payment front. I can’t link my primary bank account and there’s no manual option or PayPal option. Would love to see PayPal added similar to DK, FanDuel, etc. Cost savings are great but I use it less than I would if there were more transfer options.
Bad experience
This is my first time using the app and I’m having problems with redeeming my wins they don’t want to pay out right away and it takes forever to get your winnings I still yet to get my money back don’t waste your time there site is a scam they ask for your direct deposit information just to delay your payment

Never received my Prophet cash
Purchased Prophet points, never received my Prophet cash and didn’t get the match by signing up thru Betting Pros. Sent them email regarding problem tried calling left a message but they never responded. Beware
Payment failed
Can’t make a deposit, says payment failed. I tried another card still saying the same thing.
