I bought a subscription because I was always being told by my family that I needed to lose weight, this app makes it seem helpful but it’s not, when you buy your free trial and try to just pay the $0.50 you won’t you will pay $20-$30 please try not to get this app, I’ve already lost money. literally paid 50 cents, like a lot of other people and then got charged $35 without noticed. if i didn’t see immediately it would have continued to charge me EVERY WEEK. emails regarding payment and subscription policies get sent to junk mail. seriously, this app is not worth it at all.beamaxhine

Charged me an additional 20$ after I already paid 10$ with no confirmation or anything! I agreed to pay ten then got an additional charge of 20$ out of nowhere. THEY DON’T CANCEL YOU SUBSCRIPTION
I had canceled my subscription during the trial period where I was only charged $20 but once those 2 weeks were over they continued to charge me the $79 when I had already canceled my subscription prior to it. I preceded to cancel again for the second time and I checked my membership status once again, and oh behold it continues to say membership active and will be charge once again 9/5/24 but I had to canceled my card through the bank so that I wont be charged once again!!!! AVOID! SCAM!
My sister got scammed by this company! Like some of the other people from the reviews, my sister did the 7-trial advertised at $0.50 for then to be charged $29 immediately after and $35 every week after that. They registered an incorrect email address so she never received any emails from Able. It wasn’t until the bank called her that she found out about this fraudulent activity. She contacted the company and they literally told her she should have read their Terms and Conditions and No Refund Policy, when she explained that the email address they told her they had for her account was INCORRECT. As a lawyer and someone that has worked with other great companies that have ethical practices and good customer service, I needed to let people know about this SCAM of a company.
