No reason to even try to use it
This app is absolutely horrible!! You can’t do simple things like search for your WiFi network. You have to type out the name. Even if your not gonna use the WiFi you still have to set it up to use the Bluetooth. Why??Hensley5
Garbage app
Cannot get the app to connect with my grill. Restarted WiFi, phone and grill. Removed and reinstalled the app, tried multiple things multiple times. Will not work. Makes me wonder why I paid the extra money for the wifi.Awrowe

This app took days to get through the setup then won’t connect to wifi. It won’t let me operate it just by Bluetooth. Spent a lot of extra money to have wifi grill and can’t get it to work. Chinese made junk! Fix it or I’ll return the grill!COLO ELK GUIDE
Doesn’t work
I have tried everything to get this to connect to my 1100 multitasker. I have forced my router into 2.4, restarted my phone and smoker countless times. Cannot get it to connect. Plus will not allow to connect to it via Bluetooth until you establish Wi-Fi connectionSampsonite jr

The old app randomly stopped connecting to Bluetooth. Didn’t understand why until I saw this app. Only used this once but in that one time it was LIGHTYEARS better in many ways.Rabbit soup
