Absolutely awful they will totally screw you over
I wanted to purchase some cryptocurrency, and the transaction went through smoothly—clearly, they're more than willing to take your money. However, the information provided was misleading. Before choosing the CINQ option, it seemed like all I needed to do was create an account to access my crypto. This was false; while you do need to make an account, you can't use it until you "upgrade" it through a KYC (Know Your Customer) process. I attempted this upgrade by providing my ID; I took clear pictures of both the front and back, and my photo was clear as well. I tried this process four times, but each time, at the end, an error code appeared, stating it could not verify my identity.
Subsequently, my account was locked, and I was advised to contact customer service for identity verification. When I called and spoke with a representative, she essentially told me there was nothing I could do, that my account wouldn't be verified, and I had to email support with my ticket ID, my name, and the date. I was informed that within one to two business weeks, they would provide the next steps for returning my money (though she only mentioned 'next steps,' so I'm not entirely sure about the return). This whole ordeal is absurd—stay far away from this app and this company.
