Hypercharge Feature
Instead of using this ratings column… Is there a way to communicate with you for questions we might have about the game features or about problems users are experiencing?
For example: what period of time is is covered in the offer of $6.99 fee for removing ads? Daily, weekly, monthly, annually, or forever?
Another example is: why has the Hypercharge feature never activated for me even though I’ve met the criteria many times?
As others have reported here, the game seizes up too, too frequently. Period.
Also mentioned by other users here, precise placement of the “node” is a substantial hindrance to progress within each level.
Users report, as well, a concern that ad time is greater than gameplay time. I have, myself, measured this statistic a few times and found this to be true.

Wiggly wires
I spend too many precious seconds trying to keep the wires in the slots. It’s aggravating!!SW 3
Can’t place ropes in available holes
I really like this game. However, I find it extremely hard to place the ropes in the available slots. They either bounce back or they go to an entirely different available slot. It’s very frustrating since I have enough time to beat the clock, but when this issue arises, there is nothing I can do but watch the clock run out. I hope the developers fix this very frustrating problem.LindaLoo100

Why are most of the ads 30-45 seconds when 3-5 seconds tells you everything you need to know about another app? You spend two to three times more not playing than playing in this game.No name2367
Glitching
I understand the ads, and don’t really mind them all that much…but the game is glitching often, where the end of the ropes just cannot be moved to any of the empty spaces at all on the screen. I played a few games and just concentrated on moving one rope at a time to each and every blank spot on the screen. No luck. I’ve learned that the only way to stip it is to close out the game and reopen it. That gets old pretty quickLisa C. in GA
