Nice bite size tips

Overall it’s nice to get bite sized tips but some topics may need a bit more details. One annoying feature, too many survey requests for feedback - after every topic. Gets annoying.

Stay away from this app!

Please stay away from this app! It’s fraud! I subscribed to the app, no free trial. I was charged for £9. I requested for cancellation and a refund but got a response saying my there is no refund according to the team policy. This is total fraud! Will advise you refund me asap because I will spread the news across all platforms.

Beware of buying anything from their website *No Refund* they will also double charge you! Once for their annual subscription and they will also charge you for a monthly subscription! The content is all online, the content is for a kid. Save your money and just google search what you want.

Scam service, bad practice, stay away

This app is a total scam. They charged me close to $100 upfront without my permission or me ever agreeing to purchase the app. I didn’t even want this stupid app and cancelled it immediately. I’ve sent multiple messages to their support, but nothing has been resolved. DO NOT buy this app or even sign up for the “free trial” because they will charge you a yearly subscription upfront without any notification. Horrible business practice. Instead of blaming Apple’s payment policy, they should take responsibility and refund the money they steal from customers. Avoid this app at all costs!
