Really good esim
Never used an esim before but found this company to have the cheapest rates. I think this is a new company but esim and app are easy to use. Fast internet throughout my trip in SEA.
Customer service quick and responsive
Had an issue with one of the esim plans. The customer service responded very quickly and fixed it. Even though they cannot control what each mobile company is providing they handled customer service very well.
