Impossible
I did my absolute best to give this game the benefit of the doubt. I played on airplane mode and refused to buy coins or watch ads. I actually managed to beat a few levels after hundreds of attempts without unlocking extra spaces. Then I got to level 4 with the parking garage and played it hundreds of time. I even physically wrote down the colors that came out of the garage in the exact order. No matter what I did, you literally always get to a point right at the end, where the car you need is blocked by another color and you quite literally have to have the 5th space to “store” the car for later so you can access the correct car. After like 250 tries I finally quit. The game is designed to be impossible to beat a level without paying for extras or watching ads. The ads are the long ones (1.5 minute) with multiple popular you have to X out. So you end up spending more time watching ads than playing the game. The difficulty tanks from “extremely hard” to “a joke” when even just watching a single ad makes the level almost impossible not to win. I enjoy hard games, but I don’t like having my intelligence insulted with fake impossible levels. Just don’t bother downloading.

Absolutely horrible
Whatever happened to scaling up the difficulty as you go further into the game??? It’s literally impossible to beat Level 3 (the 2nd level right after starting the game, yes you read that right) and I just about gave up at level 2 because when the buses are pointed in a certain direction, you cannot move them until the others around them are cleared up. The only problem is, those color buses DO NOT APPEAR UNTIL IT’S TOO LATE, meaning you lose over and over because you cannot clear out the necessary buses to get to the end of the level. I spent over 2 hours right after installing the game and could not find one time that I said I was having fun with this game. When it’s built around having all seven slots unlocked for moving buses, you cannot possibly think this is a good game design when most people don’t want to have to spend currency or watch ads EVERY TIME THEY WANT TO OPEN A SINGLE SLOT. The fact you lose the spot you unlocked with the currency if you lose the level is downright scummy. To the developers, I hope you playtested this thing with only four slots unlocked and not using your special dev tools to “easily complete” each level. Your ads also stink, so work on those, too…

Its okay but now the videos always "fail to load"
Watching the videos is necessary to unlock an additional space at every level so far. But now every time I get to the point where I need an extra space, the videos wont load. So I have no choice but to fail, and play again another time. And again the video fails to load.
In addition, I had made it to Level 9 and was very close to leveling up to 10 - I had the correct vehicles and filling them with the last few people would have caused me to level up to 10. Then the game seemed to crash. It was definitely not a problem with my device. I restarted the game only to find myself back at Level 7. I quit. That was a few days ago. I hoped you all would find the problem and restore me back to 9 at least. I had played for 3+ hours that day. Nope! Im stuck at level 7 still. Im gone. If I come back, it will be in the spring. Im going to give you all time to fix the many glitches, several Ive reported myself.

Ridiculously difficult straight off
I enjoyed the concept very much, but there is absolutely no introduction to the game, you are just straight into the deep end as far as level difficulty goes. Is this so you will spend money for extra lives? You can watch ads to gain power ups, but they are soooo long and, TBH, I don’t download a game so I can watch ads. I deleted it after an hour.

Pay to play or impossible
After you complete a handful of levels, it stops being about problem solving and seems to be more about luck.
You select the colored vehicles to match the color of the passengers, but at the end of the level end up with random colored vehicles to use, with only luck deciding whether your passengers are the same color. It’s just another exercise in making you fail so you pay or watch very long adverts repeatedly.

Fun but Annoying
I recently downloaded this game and it’s so fun. However, majority of the time you have to unlock the extra parking spots in order to win and to do this you have to watch an ad everytime. This is very annoying because the ads are long. I bought the remove ad package and there are still ads. I think their should be a unlimited parking space option not bc the game is too hard, but because playing with ads is so simply annoying and time consuming. I believe many people enjoy this game but stop playing because you have to watch the ads to win most levels.

Fun game with one exception
I like the game. It requires some thought and planning. It does require watching ads to unlock additional parking spaces, but that’s better than having to buy stuff to win. There is one glaring problem. When you fill all the parking spaces, it defaults to the buy (with in game “coins”) or watch an ad to sort the passengers and unlock an additional parking space. The X to close this dialogue box is in the same place as the locked parking spaces. I have occasionally gone to click on a parking spot to unlock it with coins, but hit the X instead. At this point you get a screen that says “Defeat?” and your ONLY option is to confirm defeat and start the level over. WHY ISN’T THERE AN OPTION TO RETURN TO THE DIALOGUE BOX AND WATCH THE AD??? It is incredibly frustrating to accidentally click the wrong button and lose all progress and have to start over. Five stars if you fix the involuntary quit problem.
UPDATE: Leaving the 4 stars. This response is useless. I like the skill level. My problem is “Defeat?” is a question that only has one answer (“confirm”). If I still have moves and options, why shouldn’t I be able to return to the game? What’s the point of making me confirm defeat?

Levels are impossible without watching videos
So many of the levels are completely impossible without having either watching videos or paying coins. This happens from level 2 which makes the game no fun.
I don’t mind watching videos when dealing with an hard level but not the amount needed to watch to completely levels up to level 8

You have to watch ads to pass levels
As other players have pointed out, even from level 2 you have to watch ads to pass a level. The levels are structured in such a way that brains, logic or skill won’t get you through a level - only watching ads to get an extra space. Such a shame as I enjoy this type of game and would be happy to buy it, but levels need to be passable

1 minute ads x 3
I only got to level 4 before deciding enough is enough. I don’t believe you can pass the levels without opening up other parks. To open each park is about a minute of ads (so x 3 if you need the additional parks) and if you were to still fail you do that all over again. Way too much ad watching for me
