I am mostly happy with the game which is why I purchased the ultimate no ads thing for 30 bucks. However, I just went to upgrade some (6-8 right now) regular buildings in the winter zone and they require 50 pink diamonds each! I lost over 200 (all that I had) before I realized it was taking my paid for diamonds! There is no customer service link that I can find anywhere on the game so I’m writing here since I’ve seen you respond to people here. I do not pay currency for what looks like a cosmetic enhancement only! Please fix this!

I paid for them forced ads to stop and they’re still going. What’s the problem? This the second game I’ve paid to stop the ads and they keep going is it just a way for you game developers to get money? I really liked this game but first time I spend money on it I get got wth. Also this last update made the game a lot less enjoyable. I wouldn’t have updated the game if I knew it was gonna make me less involved in the game. It’s like there’s nothing really to do. Just updated buildings and chopping down the ingredients to update those buildings. The hot air balloon isn’t there anymore you go on the map to fight which is how you go to different islands so there’s no more driving the boat and docking it. The islands are less fun. I’m deleting the game because of all of this. I guess you figured you can’t get someone to spend money after not taking the ads away once they’re paid to be removed so there’s no reason to make the game fun either

Pop ups
Way too many pop ups cluttering the ui. Sometimes there’s so many you can’t tell which is which because they overlap. If I want to buy a chest or watch an ad for the chest, I’ll click on the chest. Don’t just shove it in my face. There’s so many ads and pop ups the game feels unplayable at times. Unless you buy the package for no ads for $30 the pop ups are just permanently in your way. I just wanna collect resources and chill. Also once you’ve completed the area expansion, there’s no way to earn more gold crystal things so you can’t continue leveling. You’re hard locked.

Frustrated and disappointed
FYI - update you have to spend gems with collected blueprints for any gear upgrades. If you make the mistake of refunding gear to use blueprints on new gear - be prepared to fork out tons of $ on gems as they limit you on upgrades with the need to use gems to make any advancement!! Never would have purchased this game or extra things had I known they were going to go this low - money hungry low lives 😡

New update was okayish
The new update is okayish. Mostly the same but the fighting was dumbed way down and made almost too easy a lot of the time. Also it feels way more cash grab-y now because a ton of things cost diamonds and the only way to get diamonds now seems to be via the new To-Do list which caps how many diamonds you can get in a day at like, 25? When most things that cost diamonds are 50+ diamonds. So it just gets to be annoying seeing all of these different build slots that can't actually be built because the diamond gain is WAY too low to try to force purchases

Fun…at first, then repetitive
The game starts out fun but after about level 20 it becomes highly repetitive. Same boring invasion “quest” find the same items in different numbers for people. Nothing new. Had a lot of potential.
Unable to complete villager quest.
I’ve had a villager quest sitting uncompleted for days now. The items never seem to show up. Items for other quests are showing up as normal but the ones required for this particular quest are nowhere to be found. UPDATE: 11/19- I’ve downloaded the latest update and the stuck quest issue has not been addressed. Worse still, with the new gameplay design I don’t see a way to even get quest items anymore. I don’t think it’s fair that I missed out on the gear included in the ‘eyeball’ quest due to a bug.

Brilliant game but
I really love ve this game but I’m stuck on level 27 I’m 30 xp from levelling up but nothing gives xp I can’t even finds an option to buy xp no matter what enemies I kill I get no xp so I’m stuck on level 27
Frustrated
A bit frustrated - I have levelled out all places/buildings. Can’t seem to finish two tasks as none of the items to complete tasks show up any more. I completed the air balloon levels, all the pirates are gone. Only tasks I can do is farming all the lands, dungeon & secret portal. So very frustrated as there’s no way to complete game.

Worse upgrade told before update there were 150 levels.
When is the next update. Still not past 40. Worse upgrade. Already done the small update garrison and once again not gone past level 40 in the top bar. There is nothing more to do.
