Beware - Misleading
The Details screen says this is a 243 megabyte app, however when installed on an iPad 1 it ballooned to 1.4 GIGAbytes and wouldn't install. I had to connect the iPad to iTunes on the computer and delete other content before it could be installed.
If you have a basic i-device with only 16 gigabytes of storage be aware that this takes up more than 10% of the available storage.Show lessJagaGator

Sparse, repetitive and very American
I was disappointed with this game, the letter matching is repetitive as it only seems to have one example for each letter. Some of the words attributed to objects are very American, ie a plane in this game is 'a jet' which can be confusing.
If your child manages to get more than 30 minutes of entertainment from this game I would be very surprised.
So overall, good idea but poor execution. In the words of my son 'oh Daddy, I don't like this'Show lessJJMK78

Great app!! Highly recommend it.
Both my kids love this app. My 2 year old loves the colors, the music and the animation. My 5 year old gets a real sense of achievement from writing his ABCs and creating his own Play Doh pictures. As fun as (and less messy than) the real thing
Wasn't sure how play-doh could translate into 2-dimensions but this app does a great job engaging (and educating) my 3-year-old. Multiple games included, all cheered on by cute play-doh tubs come to life. Kids can build virtual play-doh letters and creations starting with each letter (i.e. an alligator for A) or create their own masterpieces. Easier to swap out colors (and no mess to clean) than in real life, also can be used as inspiration and pre-planning for 3-D molding. Great basic spelling skills app
This is great for letter recognition and early phonics. My daughter loves creating dough characters that she can squish! Lots of fun and educational too!Shojomom
